Attorney Linda Ratcliffe
Ms. Ratcliffe earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and her Juris Doctor from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis & Clark College. She is a an active member of the Estate and Elder Law Sections of the Oregon State Bar.
